We will contact you to confirm your Reservations. The amounts due will be verified at that time, and a credit card number and expiration date will be required at that time to hold the reservation.

Unless arranged in advance, rent will start on your reservation arrival date. There is a 24-hour cancelation policy except for holidays when we need 48 hours notice, or you will be charged the full amount.
